My phone came without a battery. When I contacted Heartland customer service, they told me I had to buy the battery from the manufacturer (GE) because it is not their policy to ship parts. In addition, the customer service person named Krystal told me that I should not be ordering products from an internet site. So, I would not order this product or anything else from Heartland.

i had to return this item because it requires access to power line in addition to telco line. This was not mentioned in the item description.
